Roy A. Skoba
Roy is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He also took graduate courses to pursue an MBA in Economics at the University of Detroit.
He has 45 years of sales and marketing experiences at 6 corporations in 5 cites. The first 25 years experiences were in marketing strategy and brand development in the banking business. He introduced the second ATM in the US in 1969 in Detroit. He progressed in the marketing chairs to become the group executive for marketing (marketing research, product development, sales promotion, advertising and public relations) at HSBC USA (25th largest bank in the US). He had a staff of 57 people and annual budget of $25 million. He was responsible for the repositioning and corporate identification of major banks in Houston and Buffalo. He brought in over $1 billion in deposits at those banks. He created the first sports fan promotion, "Luv Ya Blue" in conjunction with the Houston oilers football team. He also created the "Shout" promotion with the Buffalo Bills football team.
The next 20 years were spent in the newspaper business raising sales revenue for the Buffalo News. Over that time period $60 million in revenue through innovative products which motivated the sales staff to sell. He created two new products which generated over $10 million in sales over the time period.
He has spoken to numerous audiences including the American Bankers Association, Bank Marketing Association, Texas, Kansas, and New York Bankers Associations, as well as the Newspaper Special Sections Network. He has been a member of the VISA USA Marketing Board, New York Cash Exchange (NYCE) Board, Newspaper Special Section Network Board, and a trustee of the Houston Ballet.

Jon La Porta is used to crossing the finish line as a winner. He's a veteran of countless successful media launches while working with Fortune 500 companies, pop stars and everything in between. This ability to juggle various categories with ease led him to both the Creative Director and Senior Manager positions.
Jon is a Member of the International Academy of the Visual Arts and brings over twelve years of experience as an award-winning designer. His insight enables him to well-position well known brands.
Jon La Porta is a graduate of prestigious Canisius College, earning a Bachelors degree in both Communication Studies and English. Throughout high school and college,Jon excelled at competitive rowing, winning several medals and holding titles that include Most Valuable Player and Team Captain.
When he is not helping companies to prosper he enjoys mountain biking and has been known to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
